ASK
How far ahead should we book?
Two to four weeks for a single-booth crew. Six or more for multi-day coverage, the same-day add-on, or CES week, when every crew in town is spoken for. A 50% deposit locks your dates.
Can you post clips during the show?
Yes, as a paid add-on. Plan it with us ahead of the show: brand assets, caption style, music and one person on your side who can approve fast. Standard delivery is within 7 days of the show.
Do you shoot photos too?
Yes. Video and photo, one crew, one plan. Standard photo delivery includes color correction and light cleanup. Skin retouching is a separate add-on.
What about the noise and the lighting?
Wireless mics, our own lights, and an interview spot off the main aisle. Vegas show floors are the job.
Who owns the footage?
You own every finished cut plus the licensed music and captions, and you can post them anywhere. We keep the raw footage, and we only show your project publicly after you approve it in writing.
